ShopPulse will notify you when you're approaching your plan's customer limit. You can upgrade to the next plan at any point. Existing reminders continue to run — we won't stop sending mid-cycle. You'll just need to upgrade before importing additional customers.

Annual plans are billed once upfront for the full year. You save the equivalent of 2 months compared to paying monthly. If you cancel during the year, we don't offer partial refunds, but your account stays active through the end of the paid period.

No. All messaging costs are included in your plan price — there are no per-send fees, no carrier surcharges passed through to you, and no surprise overages at the end of the month. The price you see is the price you pay.
